22Dollars Selected to be Part of the 9Rules Network

Some of you may have noticed the new icon to the right, representing the 9rules network, that recently appeared on my site. Well today I am proud to announce the acceptance of 22Dollars into the 9Rules network. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the network, they would describe themselves as:

A community of the best weblogs in the world on a variety of topics. We started 9rules to give passionate writers more exposure and to help readers find great blogs on their favorite subjects. It’s difficult to find sites worth returning to, so 9rules brings together the very best of the independent web all under one roof.

The actual nine rules, as set forth by the team, were developed to remind us of what they consider to be the foremost basic rules to live by. Here they are in no particular order.

1. Love what you do.
2. Never stop learning.
3. Form works with function.
4. Simple is beautiful.
5. Work hard, play hard.
6. You get what you pay for.
7. When you talk, we listen.
8. Must constantly improve.
9. Respect your inspiration.

The additional 10th rule that I have to keep is to "promise to maintain the standards you have set for your site and strive to continuously improve the quality of the content to allow for a better experience for you, your audience and the Network." I am really looking forward to the future of this site and working with all the members of the network - especially those who write about similar topics. I would personally like to thank Mike, Paul, Colin and Tyme for taking the time to review 22 and giving us this opportunity. Now it's time to sit back and have a little martini to celebrate :-) Talk to everyone soon!

Thank you Supriyadi! To become a member of 9rules, you have to wait until they have a submission round again. They have done 4 submission rounds so far. Round 4 included over 700 site submissions and 111 sites were accepted and some more are being added to even that. Keep your eyes on the 9Rules Blog for the announcement of round 5. There is only a 24-hour window in which to submit your site. They are still going through the new 111 members so I have a feeling the next round of submissions won't be for a while. Hope this helps buddy :-)

Congratulations to you and 22dollars.com on becoming a 9rules.com member!!

My TradingWinner.com was also accepted in the latest round. For me, being accepted is inspirational, exciting and humbling. There are some *great* 9rules member sites. I was suprised when I saw Trading Winner was selected. I know I have to work even harder to write good articles and improve my site. I find this challenging at times, but I greatly enjoy it. It's fun for me. I hope you're having fun too!

Hi Nick,
Thank you very much and congrats to you as well. I have been a subscriber to TradingWinner since I found the site on 9rules. I have been having a great time since being accepted. Just being a member of 9rules provides a great incentive to improve content and site design. Anyways, enjoy exploring the rest of the site. It has been a lot of fun thus far and I can't wait till they get a nice little 'finance' community just for sites like us! Take care,
