local business

A local business in my area went out of business.  A lot of people were shocked to hear.  Now the parking lot is packed with snow instead of cars.  No one seems to know why they went out and this wasn't a small time business around here either.  It is strange how quickly a business can close.

Re: local business

Yes it does happen. I think a lot of times businesses are in trouble financially but manage to keep things quiet until the end.

Re: local business

A car dealership in my area just went out of business too. I always thought that it did fine, until one day it announced its closing.

Re: local business

We have had a couple of businesses go out recently that you would have never thought were having money problems.
