Will the United States take action against Iran?

It seems as if the United States may be headed in this direction. If we don't intervene, I fear that Israel will.

I doubt the United States will head in this direction, expecially with the looming elections on the horizon. We won't see any serious moves in the near future.

The US can't really take action against Iran.  We are already spread too thin between Iraq and Afghanistan that adding Iran into it would be disaster.

I would say it is unlikely at this point.  We barely have any trooops that could be involved with further fighting with so many being in Iraq.

I agree with fitness, we are starting to be stretched out to thin troop wise, and it is leading to more casulties, so currently I dont think we have the capacity to handle another country.
